Did you know the RAM 1500 earned Best-in-Class V8 Towing*? This is in thanks to its 5.7L HEMI® engine with eTorque, which allows it to tow up to 12,750 pounds! Because of this impressive stat, the 1500 V8 engine outclasses the F-150 V8 engine. Both full-size trucks deliver 395 hp, but the HEMI® can tow more.

When fitted with its 5.0L V8, the F-150 can tow up to 11,600 pounds, or, with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6, it can tow up to 13,000 pounds, which is not significantly more than the RAM 1500.
