Yesterday my husband and I walked in looking to trade in my car for something bigger for our growing family. Sadly the car I was looking for was no longer there but our salesman Rodney found us something better. He was such an amazing seller. He didn’t pressure us and he was super chill and laidback. He told him what we were looking for an he delivered. Now when he told us the car we initially wanted wasn’t there we kinda just wanted to see options and talk numbers to get an idea of what we might wanted. He went above and beyond and definitely upgraded us to something we loved. I’m so happy for my new car and I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Dicks County!!
Worked with Andrew Lavarda in sales. He did a LOT of leg work for me, looking all over the place for a vehicle that would be a good fit for my requirements. Low pressure but high in information and willingness to work on my behalf. He even came in on his day off to help me wrap up. Great experience.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from sales representative Randy May. We had our two young children with us the day of our purchase and they were treated with just as much kindness and patience as we were. We much appreciated this treatment because it can be extremely difficult to manage all the details of buying a vehicle and children at the same time. Randy kept everyone comfortable, answered all our questions, processed the sale efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. We highly recommended this dealership for anyone purchasing a vehicle.
I worked with Randy on a 2015 Ram Laramie eco diesel. He worked to get the price I was looking for. He is a very personal guy.Don't think he's a salesman he finds what your looking for and has a good sense of humor. He is not the pushy type and that's nice.These are a bunch of good guys. He turned car shopping from a nightmare to a great experience!I hate car shopping.I haven't done it much, but when I was a kid my dad would take me along to help teach me how to get a good deal for a car. I hated it then, I hate it now.My car of about nine years was totaled after a garbage truck backed up into it, and so we needed a new one. My wife and I had a few things we were looking for. We have a two year old, so safety was number one; we were also looking for a nice SUV that was affordable to us. After an exhaustive search in finding good models, we were ready to go through the sales and buying process.We had three different SUVs that we were looking for, and our first stop of the day was at a Honda dealership where we had a scheduled meeting with a salesperson. We asked for specifics on some of their cars, and he said he would be right back with them. 15 minutes later, as we are walking off the car lot because there's no sign of this guy, a completely different salesperson stops us and tells us the person we had an appointment with was currently dealing with other customers (that didn't sit too well with us). After test driving the car we were looking at, we decided that the car (and especially the dealership we were at) wasn't a good fit for us.Out next stop was Dick's Country CJDR to look at Jeep Cherokees. I have fond memories of driving around in my parent's Jeep, and they currently have a new one that is a great drive.We waited around in the lot for a little, and actually called their office to ask them if they had any available salespeople to help us out. A few minutes later, we meet Randy May who, and we didn't know this at the time (and he never let us know about this either, we learned from someone else in the showroom after we bought the car), is one of Dick's Country CJDR best salespeople.After talking with Randy about what we are looking for, he searched all of the Jeep dealers in a 50 mile radius to look for all the different Cherokees. By that time it was getting a little late and we had to get our daughter ready for bedtime, so we left without making a deal.We looked around online that night and found that the prices for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Randy was giving us were better than the prices of a lot of the USED Cherokees out there (certified pre-owned anyways)! We went back the next day and picked the Cherokee that was right for us with Randy. We let him know that we have a daughter and had time constraints, and we were hoping to get the car before the end of the labor day weekend (we picked a car that was in a different dealership, so they had to do some inventory trading and get the car to their lot). On both days, Randy made every effort to make things go as quickly as possible. He was also incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars, and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible, looking for rebates and discounts that could apply to us. We were VERY happy with our experience. Randy also made sure to get our car to the lot on Monday so we could pick it up and get it ready for bussing a two year old to and from daycare (and everywhere else we go).We are now proud owners of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, and I'm hoping that my daughter will also have fond memories of us driving around in it, much like I have in my parent's old Jeep.I still can't say that I like car shopping and the buying process, but thanks to Randy I can say that I had at least one great experience when buying a car.
besides the process taking 5 hours to complete, (we understand that buying a car takes time) our experience was outstanding. our sales man, Hasan took his time and explained everything in detail, and we didn't feel rushed. and he really did his job excellent. We have bought several vehicles over the years from Dicks and every time has been great, we will defiantly continue to purchase and get our vehicles serviced here. thank you for the wonderful experience!

Rodney did everything he could to make sure we walked out with the car of our dreams. Needless to say we are so happy with our new Mazda CX-5!
I had an awesome experience here - and Jeremy was the best. I knew what i was looking for and knew how much i wanted to be paying -- I had shopped around at 2 other dealerships and always was waiting around and talking to sales people for over 2 hours when I just want to be in and out quickly. Jeremy was to the point, quick, direct, no hassle. Highly recommend working with him!
